Recently the company has entered into the fray of construction of
Shopping Malls, with the First One "LOTUS" coming up at the busy
commercial hub of Nagpur (i.e.)Dharampeth. The Mall shall have
about 70000 Sq.Ft. of commercial space to house large showrooms and
corporate offices.
"LOTUS" shall have a international look elevation with
world class specifications and is likely to be one of the
architectural beauties at Nagpur.
The
company has another two to three such projects proposed to be
developed in various parts of the city, which shall be either sold
outright or given on long term lease.
