Rachana Construction Co. (Nagpur) Pvt. Ltd., is the
brain Child of Shri. SHISHIR DIOTE and Smt. NILIMA DIOTE. They
have been in the field of construction for over two decades
and have successfully completed over 65 projects of various
magnitude. During the past 6 years the Company has successfully
completed 16 Residential/Commercial Complex Schemes, and now
are going into diversification into area like Hostels, Shopping
Malls, Warehousing, Land Banking, Agro activities etc.,

Shishir S. Diote (Managing Director) :
|
| After having qualified in the field of Civil Engineering,
commenced career by doing free lance consultancy in the field
of Civil Engineering, commenced own Business. During the past
decade has independently handled many civil projects of different
nature and magnitude. Mr.Shishir is aged 41 years and looks
after the Project activities, Finance, Legal issues and Liaison.
He was the Secretary of the Builders Association of India (Nagpur
Centre) for 5 consecutive years and is presently its Vice President.
He is also the Treasurer of the Nag Vidarbha Builders Association.,
Nagpur and Member of MCHI Mumbai. |

Nilima S. Diote (Executive Director) :

| An Engineer and a Diploma holder in Business Management, she
had associated with her spouse, by becoming a Partner in his
Firm in the year 1995 and presently in the capacity of a working
Director, looks after the Marketing, Material Procurement and
Administration of the Organisation. |
