R.C.C Structure & Walling :-

Vitrified tile flooring of 2'.0" x 2'.0" size will be provided in all rooms

Earthquake resistant R.C.C. frame structure.

Bath & W.C. : 2 lights + 1 Exhaust fan point + 1power point + Exhaust fan point +1 power point for geyeser.

8" x 12 coloured glazed  tiles 7'.0" height will be provided in toilets with matching coloured ceramic tile of
12" x 12" flooring.

All external and internal brick walls will be in 6" thick brick masonry.

Toilets : 1 light point + Exhaust fan point +1 power point.

Black granite kitchen otta will be provided in kitchen including stailess steel sink.

Internal plaster will be neero finished in cement mortar.

Passage : 1 light point +1 No. 5AMP. point for washing machine.

External Plaster will be san faced Plaster

Painting :-

Plumbing :-

Oil bound with primer & putty will be provided internally for walls.

Doors & Windows :-
Wooden door frames with flushed door panels for internal doors & decorative laminated flush door panel for main entrance.

Concealed plumbing will be provided in toilets and kitchen. Common toilet will be provided with pastel coloured I.W.C. pan and attached toilet will be provided with E.W.C. & wash basin of suitable size. All sanitary ware in 'Hindware' or 'Parryware' or equivalent make.

'Snowcem' and 'Sandtex' for exterior surface. All doors will be oil painted except main door which will be laminated from outside.

Toilet doors will be of laminated flush doors. All the fittings for door will be M.S. powder coated.

Hot & cold mixer will be provided in all toilets, provision for washing machine 'Aquaguard' will be made in passage & over kitchen otta respectively.

Powder coated aluminum windows of suitable size with M.S. guard grill will be provided.

All sanitary fitting will be of "Jaqwar", "Metro" or equivalet make.

Common facilities :-

Under ground and overhead water tank with adequate storage capacity with provision of pump.

Common T.V. antena & cable connection points in living room.

Electrification :-

Compound wall with entrance gates.

All the electrification work will be concealed in Copper wiring with adequate number of light and power points. The number of lights will be as follows :-
